I am a specialist in sales, business development, and business leadership.
I have over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales within the AdTech/MarTech sector (including SALESmanago and Voluum), operating in global markets: Europe, USA, LATAM, Africa, and Asia. I have built and managed sales teams, been responsible for developing business growth strategies, and conducted training in sales and customer service.
I also specialize in the iGaming industry, with particular focus on user acquisition, paid media, attribution, and analytics. I have gained business development and sales experience by participating in numerous industry conferences worldwide (iGB, SiGMA, SBC, Affiliate World, Affiliate Summit). I have been a speaker and panel moderator at conferences, as well as organized and led webinars.
I have over 20 years of experience in public speaking, gained as a co-founder and active member of the Krakow Speakers Association. I have conducted numerous training sessions and workshops within the Oxford Debate community and served as an expert during several editions of the Polish Oxford Debate Championships, Academic Polish Oxford Debate Championships, and Krakow School of Debate.
Currently, I run training and courses in public speaking and self-presentation.
I hold a degree in history and archaeology (studies at the Jagiellonian University), specializing in the Greco-Roman antiquity and early Middle Ages of Central-Eastern Europe. I also completed an MBA at the Krakow School of Business at the Cracow University of Economics and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Communication at Clark University in Massachusetts.
I practice socially responsible business and am passionate about economics in the service of society. I am one of the founders of the Krakow School of Fencing Foundation and a member of the Polish Economic Network.
I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.
I support and invest in startups and technology businesses that deliver real value.
Privately, I am passionate about early medieval reenactment, historical fencing, outdoor expeditions and camping in forests and mountains, motorcycle trips, sailing, and adventurous travel: during my student years, I traveled hitchhiking across Europe, as well as parts of Asia and Africa.
